The Process of tension leveling is to pull the strip beyond its yield to permanently change the shape of the metal. The process is a combination of elongating the strip while bending or breaking the strip over four work rolls. Tension leveling will correct edge wave, center buckle, and coilset, crossbow conditions. We guarantee five I Units of Flatness or less in the absence if any build up in the strip.
